Office Hours
The office is open from 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday and 9:00am to 3:00pm Saturday. Personnel are on site to answer the house phone and assist with any emergencies.
Check-In and Check-Out Information
Check-In time is 3:00pm and Check Out is 11:00am
Parking Information
The unique character and location of our Cabins/Chalets/Lodges provide a limited number of parking spots at each site. Overflow parking is located across from the Office. The roads accommodate buses up to 53 feet in length and all buses or RV’s park in the overflow parking lot. We do not currently offer any RV hook-ups.
Chalet Information
Fireplaces are operational during the months of September through April. All our housing units are smoke-free. Ashtrays are conveniently located on porches or other designated areas outside of the units. Gas grills are available for your convenience at the units. Local and toll free telephone service is provided at no charge; a calling card is needed for other calls. Due to allergies, pets are not allowed in the units. Wireless internet is available in and around both conference centers.
Housekeeping Information
Our lodging is considered your “home away from home”. Modern washers and dryers are located in most of the units. An initial supply of paper and cleaning products are supplied for your use since we do not provide daily maid service. Guests are expected to supply additional paper and cleaning products as needed. A list of the supplies provided for your convenience is listed below:
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 4 kitchen trash bags per kitchen
- 2 bathroom trash bags per bathroom
- 2 packs of electric dishwashing powder per dishwasher
- 6 towels per bathroom
- 1 set of bed linens per bed
Pool Information
The pool is available year round from 10am to 10pm at no additional cost to our guests. All guests swim at their own risk, no lifeguard is on duty. Children 16 and under need to be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older. No diving is allowed because the pool is only five foot deep. For safety reasons, no glass is allowed in the pool area. Guests should provide their own beach towels for use at the pool area.
Walking Trails/Campfires
All improved walking trails are lighted for your enjoyment and convenience. Guests need to use caution on the trails since there are steps, no handrails, and some steep areas. All trails lead to the pool. Unimproved, unlighted trails are also available. A campfire can be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. A release form is required and an adult 21 years of age or older need to be present during the entire use of the campfire.
Alcohol Policy
In keeping with our Christian values and ministry goals, no alcohol is permitted on the premises.
